Urodzona: 31 maja 1968. Jane Green nick: "Mummy" to pseudonim literacki Jane Green Warburg, angielskiej autorki powieści dla kobiet. Razem z Helen Fielding uznawane są za twórczynie gatunku zwanego "chick lit" w wolnym tłumaczeniu: literatura dla lasek. Studiowała na University of Wales w Aberystwyth w latach 1987-88, ale porzuciła studia. Pracowała jako dziennikarka pisząc dla "The Daily Express", "The Daily Mail", "Cosmopolitan" i innych pism. W wieku 27 lat opublikowała pierwszą książkę "Straight Talking" "Prosto z mostu" , która stała się bestsellerem i zainicjowała jej karierę [>>]
